Organizational Commitment as Mediating Variable of Employee Job Satisfaction Toward Turnover Intentions

The high employees turnover at PT. BRI Syariah shows low job satisfaction and organizational commitment desire to change jobs. purpose of this study was determine the effect on intentions directly or indirectly. Quantitative methods are used in study. population is Malang Branch with 50 people. sampling technique census sample size Data collection techniques using questionnaires path analysis. results indicated that there negative significant intentions, positive commitment, indirectly through commitment.
